Evolving Creations is a reality that Shani & I (Beau) have created with a great deal of love and dedication. Between the two of us you'll find that we produce a huge variety of glass lampwork beads and art..
Shani works mostly with soft glass and I continue to perform a juggling act with both soft and hard glasses..
Some of our specialties include mandrel wound beads in multiples, blown multiples, art sets, focals, blown beads in both soft and hard glasses (borosilicate/pyrex), vessels, full size perfume bottles, pendants and sculpture.
I have been working with glass since 1998 and Shani has been at it since 2003 We don't get out and promote ourselves as much as we should but my work has managed to show up in Corina's spotlight on hollow beads and vessels, and one of my inside-out blown beads has also appeared in Beadwork magazine.
We do this for a living and although it can be difficult sometimes it's worth it to continue doing what we love!
Feel free to check out the expanding gallery to see some of our favorites..or leave your mark in our guestbook.
A friend also created this satellite site http://beadmak.ingby.us/ to help folks find us on the www.
Thanks for visiting!
Beau & Shani
Below is what I call our family photo album...Shani and I haven't had any kids yet (we still have yet to get married, but are going to soon) in the meantime we've occupied ourselves thoroughly with many animals.
When we were helping her folks build a house, we bred African ciclids (fish), angora rabbits, chickens, and goats too! All while trying to run our lampworking business...needless to say it was a zoo!
We found them all great homes before we moved and brought our (did I forget to mention) three cats, our big wolfdog and our two cockatiels with us. Working at home and being google junkies has driven us into many interesting obsessions..
Cooking exotic dishes, fermented foods, homebrewing, gardening are only a few of the things that tend to compete with our torch time. It's a wonder we ever get any beads made..
Our lampworking business is our sole source of income and sometimes it is these very hobbies that give us the incentive to repeat our mantra "make more beads, make more beads" and even inspire many of our designs....
Here's a few to get you chuckling..I have alot more to add.
